About

Built to bring clarity to messy work.

A calm, aesthetic workspace for students and small teams.

    The problem we're solving

Every project starts the same way — a messy brief, a PDF with half-baked ideas, scattered notes, or a voice memo recorded between meetings. Turning that chaos into a clear, actionable plan is time-consuming and easy to get wrong.

Teams miss dependencies. Roles aren't clearly assigned. Priorities get blurred. And valuable time is wasted before execution even begins.

    What Strumap does

Strumap turns unstructured input — briefs, documents, notes — into clean, organized folders. Each folder can be an auto-generated task list from a PDF, a manual checklist, or a reference to a Google Drive doc.

    Less setup. More finished work.

    Why we built it

We kept seeing the same pattern: smart people wasting hours figuring out who's doing what, and in what order. We believed AI could handle the structuring part. So we built the tool we wished existed.

    Where we are now

Strumap is in early beta with a small group of users. Things will evolve. Some things might break. The goal is simple: build a better way to organize work before execution begins.
